Refund Process: Refunds will be initiated once the returned product has been received and examined / verified at our warehouse. The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 working days after the verification of the product.
Replacement & Exchange: Replacement or exchange can be requested following the same process as returns. The replacement will only be processed after the original item is picked up.
Initiating Returns: You can initiate a return via our website or app. Ensure you are available for the pickup and respond to delivery partner calls. If unavailable, the return request may be cancelled and will need to be re-initiated.
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes: If reverse logistics are not available for your location, you may need to return the product via an alternate courier service. We will reimburse shipping costs up to Rs. 60. Any excess shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Empty or Missing Products: In the unlikely event you receive an empty parcel or missing product, please report the issue within 48 hours and provide a 360-degree unboxing video. Insufficient evidence or visible tampering may result in a rejected claim.
